Ruston is often invited to speak in conjunction with a screening event of her Screenagers films or as a stand-alone presentation. Dr. Delaney shares surprising science and humorous stories that illustrate key solutions for better tech balance. She shares effective tools that have helped thousands of parents effectively address screen time issues with their kids, derived from Ruston’s 25 years as a physician and 12 years as a researcher of screen time solutions.
